Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS OR TRANSFER OF DATES: Should your plans change, there is a minimum $50.00 cancellation or transfer of dates fee. (Sorry, no exceptions.) The following guidelines will apply: Cancellation or Transfer of Dates is made forty-five (45) days before arrival date: You will receive a complete refund minus a cancellation or transfer of date fee of $25 per day for each day reserved. Cancellation or Transfer of Dates is made within thirty (30) days of arrival date: For cancellation, the full rental fee (including taxes) will be forfeited. The Damage Deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded. For Transfer of Dates, a fee of $50 per day for each day reserved will be required. We are not like a hotel that can re-rent on short notice. Early Departure: No credit or refund will be given for an early departure. All charges for the scheduled stay will apply. (Sorry, we have to pay the bills, too.)
